I've called and emailed about an employee openly talking about abusing his dog and I have had no response. So now it's going to start going public.

terrible experience at the geek squad desk. James was extremely rude and argumentative. From the moment I said hello he was rude. He proceeded to argue with my husband which was totally uncalled for,. He clearly doesn't understand the concept of customer service.

Best Buy Blows. I received a call today from the Driver of the Delivery Truck. Saying his truck is stuck and I need to reschedule. So I called Best Buy. After being transferred around and then hung up on. I find out the Driver was not telling the truth. He was never stuck. Sucks, but I canceled my order. What poor Customer Service. Now I will try Kmart/Sears. Order same Model same price, be her on the 5th. Hope this one goes better. F-U Best Buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to purchase headphones and accessories for Samsung Gear VR. Associates in the phone areas didn't acknowledge me. Female gaming associate with pink hair seemed to either not know enough about the products in her area, or just didn't care. No sense of urgency to assist. Most helpful was the Oculus associate who gave me great input on accessories and seemed to be very happy and enthusiastic to assist. Because of this person, the experience was OK overall.

Power went out while I was there, not sure why.. so was escorted out bf I could purchase my items :(

When you first come in at this store, first thing you will notice is how courteous are the staffs are and they offer amazing assistance throughout your buying process.
