Horrible!!!! Of course once again I have to swap out my Fitbit. The employee told me to get a new one then come back up to the counter. Be careful buying unlocked phones from this location. Bought a LG K8 2018 was told it would be compatible with Verizon Wireless. Guess what it wasn't and then when I go to the the Roseville Store to inquire why we're having issues and they explained it to me I returned said phone and lost $35.00 for their restock fee even though it was the fault of the person who sold us the phone. I feel like I should get my money back
RecommendedI rarely buy electronics other than tvs. I am not techy in fact it scares me. In the last few days I bought a tv remote and dvd player in that order. All the staff were very helpful. I like how I can walk in and talk to someone face to face and get advice and answers not like other stores where it is just take it off the shelf and go home or you ask something and they don't know anymore than what you would reading what is on the box. My toddler broke 2 of our brand new tv's, Samsung said too bad, geek squad said too bad, best buy said we will credit you and get you something new. So we came in yesterday after talking to two managers and they got us a new t.v.. It's smaller then the other one we had but I have no complaints. Thank you Best buy!
