If you're looking for someone to answer the phone don't bother calling this store or the 888 number unless you want to get transferred and hung up on essentially wasting your time. Now I have to drive to madison hts to return something I bought on line because it didn't come with a power cord and no one will answer the phone. With a 15 day return policy I'd rather buy this elsewhere with a better guarantee and a power cord

They charged my Credit Card. 09/28/20 BESTBUYCOM $582.99 for a refrigerator that was supposed to be delivered mid-Oct.. then mid-Nov.. then put off again, all because it was not in stock. Finally, I went to cancel and their system said I couldn't cancel the order. When I went to their chat and told them my story and that I was canceling the order, they tried to find a substitute. Waited over 5 hours for my curbside pickup, then they just closed the store and said sorry try again later. Update: changed store location and my items were ready in about 3 minutes. It’s just this location. Never ever order curbside here.

No I would not recommend the store their service department is not exactly too intelligent. This must to be a Halloween joke. I’m now having to make a third appointment with Best Buy for them to come out and change of burnt out lightbulb in the stove. And we all know you have to wait at home between 8-5 because they’re so busy they can’t give me an exact time.But here’s the joke. How many Best Buy servicemen does it take to change a lightbulb?

I purchased a Insignia TV for curbside pick-up today. TV came with an Charcoal 3rd Gen. Echo Dot for free. The website stated prior to payment that TV and Echo Dot could be ready in an hour for pick up. When I got there I waited 20 mins and employee had no Echo Dot. So I went in and got in line. I was told they did not have "any" in stock (which my confirmation now showed). I decided to look around and found one. I got in line again. Told "sorry it's the wrong color." Ok!!! best buy is gonna loose more and more clients with this products and this customer service. got some $200 lg platinum headsets 3 months ago and don't work anymore. I called lg customers service and send me to the store for a store credit reimburse but of course best buy deny. lg doesn't provide anymore extended warranty or parts to fix it. dont buy any lg and go to any other best buy dont buy on John R
