I went go pay my bill today 1/2 check & 1/2 cash. I can’t believe how many people(3)couldn’t get my check processed in/through the register? I came in with a written check & the check was in good shape when I arrived at the store. It would be more convenient for customers to have more payment options at Best Buy! Went tonight to get a new washer since ours died. Was told it would be 2 day to get it. BUT since we were having it brought to the store and not delivered (for $70.00) it was now gonna take 5 days. Are you serious? if i pay more i get it faster? Heres an idea. Deliver it to the store in 2 days and you can keep a customer!! But to make me wait an additional 3 days? Thats ridiculous ppl. Ill be taking my business elsewhere thank you.

If I could select zero stars, i would. This is the WORST store i have ever had the displeasure of working with. I was in line at 9 AM for the NES Classic, because the store opens at 10 AM! I was told after a half hour of waiting that all have already been sold around 8:30 AM BEFORE the store even opens! I will NEVER shop at this store or any Best Buy EVER AGAIN following this horrible customer service. Wasted my morning!
I admit that I have had some bad experiences with Best Buy over the years, but this particular one is by far the best. The people who work here understand that they need to take responsibility for their areas and the management is excellent.
Failed delivery. Claimed the dishwasher had "an extra tube". The installers have marked my order "delivered" so I can't get the replacement. I can't get my refund. All I can get is delay after delay and the "There's nothing I can do" response.
