Purchased new washer and dryer and paid for delivery and hook up. Installer arrived but claimed that he didn't bring the proper tools in order to hook up the dryer. We were told by installer that we would be credited the installation charge. When we received the bill the credit was not noted. We called best buy and were told to bring in paperwork noting that installation was not completed and we would receive credit on next bill. Bought a new car stereo and had it installed. Ended up needing front speakers as well. Everything installed and set up within 3 hours. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable.

They are awful this is the second time they have screwed up my computer and they just don't care. I am going to small claims court this time to get compensation for work lost because of their negligence......They should go out of the computer repair business. Chris lied and all they care is to get your money then their customer service go in the shitter!

I walk in and I got a hello from the people at the door......but when I make it to the phone area to get something correct everyone look at me but didn't say anything to me under a person from another area asked me have I been and I let her know I have been standing here for about 15-20 minutes and any of the five people over here didn't even say hello, but one did stand right in front of me but couldn't ever greet me......so sad that people don't like there job.

Jay was super helpful when I came in to pick out a portable speaker for my husband's birthday present! Especially since I never have any idea what I'm doing when it comes to this stuff.
