RecommendedHad Chris and Devin(from the Roseville, MI location) come out today to fix the motherboard in our TV. They were extremely prompt on arrival and had it fixed and put back on the wall within a half hour. They were also VERY personable and helpful when it came to questions I had. I definitely give our experience 5 stars.
I had to do ship to store with my special needs child, for a Christmas gift that @fedex has holding it hostage... Your staff was very very HELPFUL @ UNDERSTOOD that I was hiding the gift from him.. I just wanted to say THANK YOU & I really APPRECIATE it... @Best Buy Roseville, Michigan

No customer service. I could sure tell no one works on comission. I get it: TV'S are fairly light these days, but NO ONE offered to help carry it. I was invisible. Minimal help choosing my TV, either. The store closed in a half hour, so the only thing ANYONE cared about was leaving.
The customer service and management team are the absolute worst when it comes to taking care of their customers. I was advised by Mark after purchasing a laptop from another branch on November 4th, 2018 for over $500 that the only way he could help me was for me to pay more money after the product proved faulty. He stated that he was not willing to “take a hit” at his store and to try to go to Utica to see if they could exchange my product, but he wasn’t willing to do it here.
