because of your false promotions when you have no intentions on following through with them
So... I did Black Friday shopping. Thought I was winning because I saved 100.00 total on two items at Best Buy. As it turns out... I could have saved 200.00 total for the same purchase at Target. I called Best Buy today to see if they would price match... I was told NO!!!! Umkay!!!! This is just an FYI of factual information. #NotAHappyConsumer
By giving a person their money back instead of waiting until corporate okays it. Im gonna spread mud all over social media about bestbuy
The customer service when calling is horrible. I waited on hold over an hour and spoke to not one person!!! Even called back and tried different options. If I call I dont want be transferred to an app. I want to speak to someone at the store and actually have them pick up.
I really like our local Best Buy, I just bought a new TV there yesterday and the young lady who helped me out was awesome.
Tried to purchase computer software waited over 30 mins for manager to scan item wouldn’t scan so manager said ill be right back he never came back then i saw him helpin62-3 other ppl so i made another purchase with another salesman
All I wanted to do was call this store and talk to someone. They don't have an option to get someone on the line because their automated system apparently is better than being able to talk to an actual human. I am sick of these companies thinking that we would rather talk to an automated system instead of an actual human. I still have no answer for my question, I will never go to Best Buy again.
