I’ve spent thousands at your store and am switching to amazon after the nerve of you searching customers computers without a warrant on direction of the FBI. you can’t be trusted.
Poorly trained staff. Store was dirty and smelled like weed. Tried for a half hour to get a price adjustment. Two associates and one supervisor couldn’t figure out. Took me involving the damn store manager to accomplish this simple adjustment. It took him 90 seconds....beyond frustrating!! I will never be returning to this location.
My son and i went to upgrade his I phone. They told me about this new awesome plan Sprint offers. We went with that offer. I get the first bill and none of the discounts were applied. I Call Sprint and was told they were never requested on our behalf by sales person at best bye. Thirty minutes later I have my discounts in place myself. My son lost or had the phone stolen in Dec. Do Not Shop here if you expect customer service to back what you buy. I had the receipt for an unopened Phone Charger I bought for Christmas. Because it was a duplicate gift I wanted return it and just credit my credit card. They refused to give credit my card and Only would give me store credit, because they said it was bought more than 2 weeks ago and their return policy only allows credit. 2 weeks return policy is the worst I've ever heard of. Horrible customer service. Manager treated me like I’m an idiot about how pick up in store works and told me their advertised promise for it to be ready in an hour is a best case scenario.
Best Buy why do you screw me over all the time? Look at this crap. I ordered a laptop last night at 2am. I wanted it ASAP so I did store pick up. Only 1 store semi nearby had it in stock so I figured screw it I'll just drive a little extra to have it now. Well at 11:30am I receive an email stating Oops they lied they don't have it and you have to wait until Thursday for it to ship to your house or wait until Friday to have it shipped to the store. Whhhhaaaccckkkkk! #bestbuy
