Purchase a Kegerator that I ordered on line and picked up at the store. After getting this bulky item home, it had a dent in the front of the stainless steel. I called customer service and was told that because I picked it up in the store they could not help me. I now have to box it up and bring it back to the store and order another one. What a joke. I purchased a TV last week and had to bring that back because the screen was cracked. This will be the last time I purchase from Best Buy.

Bought a Samsung 7 edge..got a bad SIM card...brought it back. Josh at the Samsung desk and Mariya in the cellular dept. we're top notch in getting me out in a timely fashion!

Took 20 minutes to stand in line and get checked out. Only 2 registers opened at first then a third finally came to assist. Did management forget it's Christmas shopping time of year?

I would never buy an appliance from here again. I've bought 2 major appliances, and both never showed up when they were supposed to. The absolute worst experience possible.

It was a horrible experience exchanging my recalled Samsung Galaxy Note 7 for a Google Pixel today as Best Buy today. It was far worse than I would have ever expected. It took approximately 2 hours to return the Note 7 and I had to spend and additional hour and 45 minutes at the Sprint store across the street to complete the exchange. Nothing about the Samsung exchange program was made simple. It should not take 4 hours to exchange one phone for another. The $25 credit offered for the exchange is a joke. The employee were very helpful. I found what i wanted. I think best buy should have more cds.
