Best Buy sold me a $200.00 install & service contract for my TV & sound bar. I did not receive a visit from their Geek Squad, instead they contracted a third party group who did not identify themselves nor even introduce themselves, they attached the TV off center & crooked on the wall, used a damaged bracket for the sound bar & attached the sound bar off center to my TV. I went back to Best Buy Roseville in person to schedule an install fix & was told the third party contractor would make good on the install. The third part... read more
Just got home from here after ONLY leaving the house for a DVD player and they have one in stock... It gets better, it was an open box one that said inspected on it with no missing parts so we asked the woman at the register if it was forsure inspected and she says yes of course. Needless to say I get home and the DVD player has no remote. Awesome . Thanks for wasting my time Best Buy of Roseville.

Horrible service, my brother inlaw Matt Walsh purchased phone services with them. He has proof of purchase and proof that they took money out of his account and they're completely denying that they owe him service.
My husband went to the Roseville location today for a return/ exchange on a vacuum. They didn’t have it in stock so they told him to check another location. When my husband asked if they could call and check they were rude and said they couldn’t. It was a simple phone call, help yourself costumers out. By the way he called this location & they said they’d take care of him, & replace it for him, in return he had a rude employee.
Ordered a laptop last wednesday and it was supposed to be delivered sunday. Got an email saying it was delayed till Wednesday. Tracking says it wont be here till Thursday. Get your s#!t together!
