Customer service was excellent and the moved went fast,,,enjoyed my shopping experience
Purchased a 65inch Samsung tv yesterday. It was a floor model so some things were listed as not being part of the deal. However upon arriving home I noticed that it did not have a hdmi box that was supposed to come with the tv. Long story short, went back today to discuss what had happened with the sales associate who sold me the tv and the manager Nick. Nick was super proffesional and once the details were out in the open he rectified the situation immeadiatly. Best Buy needs more people like Nick. Thanks again.
