chris appliance manager at the marks store in Henderson nv was extremely rude and said they do not stand by their products. bought a faulty stove . only 2 months old . samsumg. knobs are melted already. This is a fire hazard we explained . They should not have melted. I googled it and others are having issues with this. They have plastic on the inside .so when you use the self clean they get so hot and melt! i want to know who we contact to file complaints
