Stoped by to pick up a monitor and keyboard. Decided to pick up an Apple Watch while we were there, but we had ZERO customer service. I'm not sure if it's apathetic staff, or a shortage of employees, but it was like pulling teeth to get any assistance. We walked out with a $17 wired keyboard. I never thought I'd see the day where I actually preferred to go to the Apple Store, yet here we are.
There is a girl named Britney who works in the phone dept. She is always so sweet and patient with my 85 year old mom. She should be given an award.
