Poor customer service. Ordered an Apple Watch for store pickup..went to the store. There were two employees at the online pickup desk. No one else in line...I waited and waited and waited....not once did the two employees acknowledge that I was ther. One employee then called to get a third employee at the desk....finally I thought I would get help. I bought $3000 worth of items that included a TV, home stereo, and a PS4. The installation people showed up and couldn't install because I hadn't been sold two cables. I told the installation guy to give me a complete list of everything I need because I don't want to have to make yet another trip. I got those cables without any complaint. Hey, we all make mistakes. Just was told from store manager that the item I tried to return was discontinued and could not be returned. They cannot resell items that have been discontinued. I will no longer buy from your store in Henderson, NV.
Worst customer Service!!! Car audio and Alarm were not accommodating and Stephen should be fired! I wouldn’t have that guy run a ice cream stand!
Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a Best Buy store. Rude and condescending employee. Took my business elsewhere and will continue to do so.
Went to ask about car security systems. Sales person Kyle, was so helpful that we ended up purchasing a system and set an installation time. I like this Best Buy. Will continue to go here.
worse customer service do not buy or have anything done here Manager is a joke geek squad very poor customer service instead of helping just said 1 1/2 hours you have to wait to give computer back with the thumb drive that was all ready paid for which would have only taken no more then 5 min. will never buy a thing from best buy ever again
I want to say Thank You!! On Christmas day one of our gifts turned out to be an EMPTY box! Took it straight back this morning with receipt and they totally gave me a new one! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! Best Buy saved the day!!
