Bought printer and paper online for same day shipping, 2 days later still haven't received it. Payed extra for same day. Talked to 4 people on the phone so far with no help. Worst store ever

They wouldn't help me with my computer after I paid for their Geek Squad. Won't use them again.
Up until today I always went to best buy first. But now they changed their policy an no longer negotiate open box item prices. $36 off of $700 worth of speakers I don't know what was done to them. I don't think so. Off to the competitors
I bought a Samsung washer and dryer combo from this location, they told me it would be a couple weeks before it was delivered but when it got here not all the parts were delivered with the washer and dryer. When we went back to the store, the employees told us that they were not in charge of the ordering process and that I would have to wait another couple weeks for parts that I already ordered and bought to get here. So now it's going to be a month and a half before I can use a washer and dryer that's just sitting in my liv... read more
Always go to this Best Buy on thanksgiving for the past few years. Always in and out and they had a map this year which is something we had suggested last year. The beginning of the line was kinda confusing but other then that 2.5 hours waiting outside and 20 minutes inside getting all our holiday dreams fulfilled. Thank you to the hard working employees that made this happen!!
