no one at the store picks up the phone i have called 3 times for a total of 25 min on hold i guess i will buy my W/D some place else
They can't even answer the damn phone! I asked a simple question and a child picked up the phone and put me on hold for another 30 mins then hung up!!!!
Actually, I dreaded going to buy a new TV. I'm not a TV nerd-I even took a friend to help me. Andrew stopped to help me, even tho it wasn't his area and went to find Thomas, who completed the sale for me in record time and zero hassle. This morning I got a confirmation call from Geek Squad. I'm crossing my fingers that the install is as good and as smooth as they've been so far!
Is anyone actually working at this store because I have now called 10 times and sat on hold more than once over 15 minutes. This is terrible customer service.
