Dealing with Beat Buy and their customer service has been A NIGHTMARE for the past three months. Their delivery service stood me up three times, and then their customer service LAUGHED AT ME. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I can’t even find a number beyond customer service. I sent a letter to corporate office, and the response I received was so insulting, I couldn’t even comprehend it.
A friend had an appointment with the geek squad today to fix an electronic. She showed up at the sheduled time and was told they’re too busy to take care of her. She had an appointment! She drove about 45mins! Get it together!!
Outstanding customer today! I was lucky not to run into a line and was taken care of very quickly, I was definitely a satisfied customer today.
My husband and I are buying a new TV and very pleased with the sales associate, Alex... very knowledgeable, courteous and polite!!! This guy “ROCKS”!!!!
