Terrible terrible service and don’t even try to call this store because you will never get through to a person. I cancelled my order and don’t plan on returning to Best Buy to purchase anything.
Delivery service is terrible. They don’t reserve you’re equipment for delivery. If it is not there the day they deliver, they don’t call you and leave you hanging all day eating till you call them yourself. This is very poor customer servicE!
I'd like to recognize Alfredo at the Shelbyville Rd. location for being so friendly, positive and helpful! I came in to purchase new earbuds and when I approached his register he offered a friendly greeting and a warm smile. I asked about price matching on his website and he gladly checked and offered me the matching price without making me feel like I was being a nuisance. I have been trying to get Best Buy to install my remote car starter since Christmas. Set up an appointment, the cancelled via email the night before because they had someone quit. Rescheduled and they cancelled again. Every time I attempt to call. I sit on hold of several minutes or they tell me to call back. It is March and I still ahve my remote starter sitting in a box. Very poor service.
Worst customer service ever. Will never buy anything at Best Buy EVER again. Two bad experiences and there won’t be a third. Save yourself the pain and do not buy anything from Best Buy. Managers are not helpful at all. This place is a joke
Couldn’t get any help and the only employee that said anything was the one that stands at the door when you leave.
We purchased a receiver and had it along with in wall speaker installed. The receiver stopped working and after having the technical support come out 3 times we were told it needed to be repaired and sent into the store. This was two weeks ago that we dropped it off at the store after disconnecting everything ourselves. Now there is no tracking available on it and we received a random email that a place in Chicago has it and it will be 7 more business days to obtain parts.
