If I could, I'd give this place zero stars! Let me make a prediction here, and I'm usually right. As long as Customer Service pretends to help it's customers out, forcing them to go online, the way it's progressing they'll be closed down permanently in 2 or 3 years, if not sooner smbh
I've almost always had a good experience in this store. A couple times people gave me wrong information. But overall I'm glad to have a store I can walk into and see these products.

Employees out there a rude they don't help yeah the management is just as rude as the employees at the not careful they can't be right behind HH Gregg going out of business people don't like to have her in the sun poison management so I'll buy my TV elsewhere

Absolutely the rudest little girl working there , drove there from mt washington to pick up a laptop that the website said was in stock . It was not and the girl just acted like it was no big deal that I drove 45 minutes looked m3 in the 3ye and said " oh well , have a good one " and then acted like I was bothering her . I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN
