Che carr sold us 8 cameras and the installers only ever got 3 to work. I’ve been up to the store, I’ve texted the sales person and he says he will take back 2 at a time. They don’t work it’s ridiculous and 5 are not connected to WiFi or no battery but he sold us solar batteries and charged us for them. Best Buy used to be awesome but their customer service is in the tank. Trying to call and see if an item is available before driving over. Frustrating phone tree to navigate before being put on hold. 14 minutes into the call now. Please answer the phone.
You all lost my business permanently because of your ridiculous policies now. You wouldn’t allow me to come in and simply buy a phone case because I did not have an appointment. It’s absolutely absurd how you all have handled this nonsense. Just one more reason why companies like Amazon are gonna put places like yours out of business. Goodbye.
In store customer service is terrible. I've been trying to schedule a repair on my washing machine for over a week now. All I want is a date. I have 3 weeks worth of laundry here. Every time I call I get blown off by someone different. I'll never make a large purchase here again. Beware once they have your money they are pretty much done with you.
Shame on you. I was just in your store to buy not one but two laptops .My 10 year old and my one year old were with me. I watched 3 employees standing around in the computer department chatting. Not one would help bi watched a couple and a guy in a suit come in after me..both were immediately helped and left the store with products while I am still waiting for help. Go to Outer Loop. The customer service there treats you like a human being
The General Manager Shawn is awe full, has his employees lie for him to indicate he is not there to avoid a customers complaints, I feel he is behind fraudulent activity, by not giving refunds to customers when the don’t receive their orders and they have a receipt showing their purchase.
Terrible customer service and delivery service! I have been waiting on my new TV to be delivered since yesterday. They don't know where it is as it's stuck in transit. They won't let me cancel or pick up in store and it's impossible to actually talk with anyone at the store over the telephone
