Rude, unprofessional, arrogant most unhelpful - that was to a TRADE PLUMBER (WHICH THEY WERE NOT AWARE OF) ,so heaven knows how they would treat someone who wasn't in the trade - or even a woman!!!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL WE SHOP - OR ATTEMPT TO SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! DISGRACEFUL. SHOULD BE TOTALLY ASHAMED!!!!!!! THANKFULLY THE PLUMBER IN QUESTION REMAINED POLITE AND COURTEOUS THROUGHOUT!!!!!!
Fitter did a marvellous job and as we wanted. However, Best Bathrooms then gave an exaggerated final cost, based on a fixed price. Lots of additional costs, that were never justified. Get something properly in writing. Do not trust this company with a 'fixed' price.
