The food was swimming in grease when brought to us 30 minutes after ordering it. The place was not even busy enough for our food to be out to us no later than 15 minutes. My husband and I each ordered the Texas burger and onion rings. Oh, don't let me forget they were out of bacon! I mean what in the world Bessie Burger!

You can't ever get through on the phone later in the day. It just rings and rings. Normally when this happens, after multiple tries, a girl with an attitude answers & acts like I'm inconveniencing her. However tonight, I've tried 7 times and now it goes straight the the voice mailbox that cannot take messages. Awful service.
Just went there tonight for a to go order. Fries, onion rings were swimming in grease. I had a very expensive order to feed a nice size family. We have eaten there before and had fantastic service and food but we were eat in customers. Take out was terrible and some of the food inedible.

Cook it they way I order it. If I want peppers I'd order peppers. It's not freaking rocket science.
