We eat here a few times a month. We have always had great service and food. I have never called in an order we order in and eat in so I haven't experienced the problems other people are saying.
Went on Sunday after church. No one was friendly. Tried talking to the guy behind the counter. He never said a word back except to take my order. You could tell he didn't want to be there. Even when I said thank you have a nice day. Nothing... Remember when you work a public job you are there to be of service.
People usually call in an order ahead because they don't have time to wait., not so they can watch you put the food on the grill when they pull up to the pickup window... 35 minutes after placing an order for a bowl of chili and a grilled cheese sandwich, I finally get food...

I tried to call in an order on Wednesday and was put on hold I stayed on hold from my house until I walked in Bessie burger to the register and told your employee she could hand up the phone that I was there to place my order. Mind you I only stay 20MIN away. Your employee then proceeded to tell me that she had forgot she put me on hold. That's not it though while I was on hold she failed to hit the mute button so I know there was no one at the register and only about 6 customers sitting down when I got there and one at the ... read more
First time my fiancée received her order almost 15 before mine. Today, alone, I ordered at 1:08, got my meal at 1:33. Only one person in front of me and 4 tables had people at them, of which most already had their food. And don't even get me started about the size of the Hamburger on their patty melt, tiny!

Anthony. I do apologize that we didn't met your expectations today. We will more than happy to refund your money. Holly is the manager in Clinton and will be glad to refund anytime. On the Patty Melt, you should have received 2 patties totaling 4oz of precooked meat. We do offer double meat for future reference. Again, thank you for your comments. We will definitely address the issues involved.
