From my initial enquiry through to delivery of our oak shelves, the whole process was seamless. Amazing carpentry, shelves look amazing and we could not be happier. Cost also very competitive, our shelves are worth every penny. We are so thrilled with our shelves, that I have ordered another Oak item which we are very excited to receive. I ordered shelves for 2 clients, one set were white gloss LED's for a hair salon and the other were colour matches downlit shelves for a bathroom. They all arrives as planned and were incredibly well packages to avoid damage. They looked fantastic, great quality (worth the expense) and had all the required fixtures and fittings for the team to put them up. Phillip provided us with excellent service from enquiry through to order and delivery. We had an oak veneer floating basin stand made along with a shelf to go underneath it. We also had two small shelves made to fit into a recess. Phillip kindly provided us with a long piece of oak to fit along the edge of the built in shelf above the door when we explained what look we were hoping to achieve. We can't fault the service or products, highly recommended.
I was able to get a quote over the phone on the first call to Bespoke Nature. They matched shelves to exact colur of the walls, sent inspo pics so I was sure of design. Installation was quick, seamless and tidy. We are beyond thrilled with the finished design and fit. Would highly recommend.
