Do not trust this company We started to use this company in November 2022 having been convinced they were a trustworthy company by their representative Tim Jay. Tim surveyed our property for a lift made by STILTZ but to be fitted by BESPOKE. We paid a deposit and we were initially due to have the lift fitted in January, then they delayed it till March, they delayed it again and finally said work would start in June on our return from Holiday. 7 months since my initial order and 9 weeks since work commenced, ripping up the floor in my spare room. This has made the room unusable. Still no sign of a return visit despite 5 appointments being made; and either missed or cancelled at short notice. The installation director is too busy doing sales to run installations properly. This company has caused a lot of stress to my parents, who have spent a great deal of their retirement money to support their mobility and accessibility requirements. The company has been completely unresponsive and has taken the deposit with no work completed (6 months and still no work). My parents wellbeing is suffering with the increased anxiety that this company is entirely a scam. I would strong advise against using this company for yourself or if you are considering them for elderly relatives.
