I have used bespoke for several years. Paid them a lot of money. Recently I had an issue with my fire not turning on and being a bit temperamental. The call out fee was £180.00 (inc VAT) The engineer came out, first thing he did was change the batteries (even though I told him I had done that) he switched on the fire and it came on (a bit like seeing the GP and no more symptoms) anyway, he was about to pack up and leave and I asked him to switch it on and off a couple of times before he left (as it was being temperamental wi... read more

I highly recommend Bespoke Fire and Flue Services. I had a gas stove fitted today which was not straightforward and the two engineers (Dave and Kian) were great -very professional and patient. They also explained how to use our new gas stove and gave us lessons. We use Bespoke for our annual chimney sweep as they are reliable, dependable and professional. Thanks Dave & Kian for a terrific job and also to Bespoke!
Just had a great stove from Bespoke Fire and Flue installed. Max and James did a great job installing it. The house is listed so it wasn't straight forward but it looks great and is working brilliantly. Many thanks!
