Just wanted to say I would recommend bespoke blinds and poles to anyone looking for high quality blinds and great customer service and fitting We made an appointment to talk to Maxine at the shop The personal appointment was a really great idea I struggle with anxiety and having to chat to people and also have mobility issues. So being able to explain all of this to Maxine with no one else listening was brilliant. She suggested and demonstrated a type of blind to me that was perfect for me with my mobility problems. I will be shortly getting my last curtain pole, drawbacks and finials fitted by Bespoke blinds and poles. I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service and the workmanship of everything that has been fitted by this company. The aftercare that this company provides is second to none and I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of having work done to their home. Many thanks Bespoke team. Myself and my elderly mother visited the shop recently because she was wanting new blinds for her flat, we had not researched the shop prior to our visit and as a consequence was not aware that we were required to make an appointment. The shop was closed so we waited outside with a number of other people. When the shop opened by a woman we were told that we would not be allowed in the shop to browse the blinds being offered at the shop and that we would need to make an appointment. Similar to the other bad review. I live on the same road so have never looked up their website so I didn't know about the appointment thing. We need some blinds for a new extension and I had a spare morning so I popped down to have a browse. A woman stopped me at the door to say she was in the middle of an appointment and suggested I should make an appointment. I explained I only wanted to browse for ideas at this stage to which she said I could come in but she wouldn't be able to answer any of my questions. This was fine so... read more
