Lovely, well organised space to live in by the sea for two. Great compact kitchen. We stayed 4 days and cooked a meal every night. Perfect!

We have used Beside The Sea Holidays for many years and Sophie and Richard provide a fantastic service EVERY SINGLE TIME. The entire booking process, the information emails and arrival texts all extremely helpful and friendly and the choice of holiday homes are varied and great, we have now stayed 5 times in 3 different styles and EVERY TIME IT’S 5 STAR SERVICE. We are a family of three with a very active 9-year old daughter and terrier. This was an ideal holiday for us with excellent access to a clean beach. Turn right for the dog and left to swim in the sea with lifeguards on the beach. We all had great fun playing in the sand with plenty of room to play ball games. We only ate out once which suited us and we had great day trips to Rye and the local AquaPark. The cottage was clean and we appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine and Netflix access.
We loved our stay at the Surf Shack. The interior was comfy and quirky. Bed comfortable & shower excellent. We liked the outdoor space and loved the proximity to the sea for swimming. We hope to return soon.
