Up until the end I had a good experience. Unfortunately they only wanted to give me half what my truck was valued at. I was OK with that, then I handed them my print out for the free amazon card they are promoting for stopping in. Mike Brown (sales) then accused me of only coming in for the card. I live approx 30 minutes from this dealer. I would not have driven an hour round trip for a measly 25.00 gift card. They flat out don't care. I had an awful experience here and posted about it here. To make it up to me, they sold me some stupid paint protection program and tinting and I was like, whatever, I'll let bygones be bygones, and took the review down. Fast forward a month later, I went to make a claim on the paint insurance and it turns out they didn't even register me. I called them and asked a week ago and haven't heard a word since. Took my Tribeca in for some recall work. Star is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All staff were polite and super nice to the kids and myself.
Recently purchased a Forester. Everything from the staff to the location were superb!
Bought a used Ford F 150 (not their usual inventory obviously) from Dimitri. Highly recommend dealing with him as he is a smooth operator and wont waste your time if you know what type of vehicle you're looking for and how much you're comfortable spending. The whole buying and negotiation process was relaxed and I'm sure he's pretty successful given his approach. Will recommend to friends and family.
