Mike Brown, our sales consultant and the dealership Bert Smith Subaru made the purchase of our first Subaru a pleasant and easy experience. We arrived at the dealership with 2 cars to trade in, and left that same day in an almost new 2020 CPO Outback touring XT. I bought my second vehicle from Bert Smith and I cannot say enough about them. They were so on the ball with my trade in and I am extremely happy with my new Legacy. They were prompt with keeping in touch with me and I was in my new car in 3 days. I recommend them highly. Their Service Dept is wonderful in keeping their appointments on time and my car is always serviced with care. Thank you guys, I will always come back to you. I am a customer forever.
Their service is great, but why is no one who works there wearing a mask? I think it would help to put the customers at ease.
