Just leased our first Subaru. A 2020 Forester Touring. Great experience with Tony Kritikos and everyone we dealt with. Tony was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. We never felt pressured and the whole process was very easy.
I just bought my new Subaru Forester there last month in October! I Iove the Suv. But Just as much! I rate BURT SMITH 5 STARS ⭐️! And all their salesmen are super nice! And especially NAGA!
When I took my New 2019 Forester into the shop because something was “rattling” underneath the back set 3 Employees drove that car until they found out what was wrong!!!! It was Fixed in minutes!!! Awesome Job

Absolutely the best service department hands down in America. Besides being the best vehicle they are the best at taking care of you and your Subaru long after your purchase.
I will try the service department again but will only deal with Star. I expected great service with my brand new car. I only needed an oil change and tire rotation. A few days later, I had an extremely low tire pressure light on. All four tires were low. I called and left a message asking if I could bring it in. No reply. I put some air in to get me through the next few days while I was working and took it in on my next day off.
