After a hit and run accident i was suddenly in the market for a new car. Based on my experience with the accident safety and reliability were my top concerns. Bert Smith Subaru, and Mike Brown specifically ,were great. They helped me find the right vehicle for me for today and tomorrow. I just had my first service performed and could not be happier with the experience.
So far my experience with Bert Smith has been good. I don’t typically like any car dealership as the salespeople remind me of dirty politicians. However I didn’t feel that way here. I purchased my vehicle 2 years ago so things may have changed in sales. We’ll see when I decide to trade up.

Just drove off the lot with a great used vehicle and had a great experience here! Mike Brown was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating prior to and while we were there.
