Just had a disaster service from this so called BMW main dealer. I recently changed my 5 series front discs and pads here and they are so squeaky. I called them, firstly the were trying to avoid the warranty by saying it’s been some time ago they changed. But some how they booked my car in for a visual check up. Vicky was dealing with me. I dropped my car this morning and she said to me that BMW only cover 4000 miles on discs and pads and your car driven 6000 so it’s not covered.
