Very friendly BMW dealership. Only tinny drawback is the size of the parking space but other than that, perfect. I purchased my last two cars from them.
Simply incompetent and did not even offer an apology. We had to get a locking wheel nut replacement at the Parts department, we were told a certain type and they sent us to Banstead Berry. Lucky we double-checked on arrival at Banstead and were told it's a different type, which is in fact in stock at Thames Ditton. We had to drive back and forth wasted an hour and a half.
