I used berry smith to sell my business in a share sale of my company and the freehold. Excellent support and contact throughout with various team members on all aspects of the deal, with refinancing several properties too. This was all taken care of under one roof. TLDR: I'll use Berry Smith again in future and will recommend them to other. I used Berry Smith following recommendation from a work colleague (just as a note, everyone else I asked who had done it recently said they wouldn't use their conveyancers again and I didn't use the ones for my first purchase again). Terrible solicitors. Weren’t interested in my case and consistently misunderstood the facts which were fundamental to the issue. When I complained the Partner still failed to understand the facts and was clearly not impartial, just trying to protect the practice. I would not recommend this firm.
Excellent service from excellent staff
Had a really good experience with Berry Smith, Christina and Sophie were very responsive to all my questions. Though the purchase process took a very long time for me, I do not think my solicitors were ever the cause of delay.
