Was a client some years ago (criminal law department) Had to dismiss a representative of this law firms because they refused to rectify basic mistaken identity despite having the proof,! Then dropped me, without warning, as a client for dismissing an incompetent barrister! A range of representatives were provided during the early process, which were not informed of the important basics when representing me at the hearings.
