Great restaurant!!
Having had made our reservation 2 months in advance , we were seated promptly next a waiter station with a view of the hallway , Strick one. Not what I expected from what is said to be a dining experience. Just glad they didn't seat us in the cafeteria type room with the bathrooms. I was disappointed in the Delmonico . It was pretty tasteless. Whats with Collards and shredded carrots . UCK!!!!! Salad was unimaginative. Don't get me started on the dress code. NOT ENFORCED really shorts and a tank. I attended Berns' while in from New York City to visit my Mother. I have been to many fine restaurants in my time and Bern's might have been the best one. The food was all cooked to perfection. Not to over shadow the amazing food, but the ambience was the finest I have ever been. It almost felt like I was in a Disney World of meat and wine. If the regular restaurant wasn't enough, the dessert room was probably also the coolest little spot I had eaten as well.
This place is wonderful! My food has been delicious every visit and the service impeccable. The dessert room is equally wonderful. I can't wait until my next visit.
