We have used Bernies for years, Ian and Sue always give the best suggestions when I explain how I want a floor to look. Bernies was the obviuous choice when I settled for LVT throughout my ground floor. Chris the fitter is exceptional. His work is faultless, he is an absolute perfectionist, such a hardworking guy. We are delighted with the result it looks even better than we could have imagined.

We went to their showroom looking for LTV / Karndean flooring for our kitchen and bedroom and lino for the utility room. Nicky in the office was amazing, nothing was too much trouble , she worked hard to colour match the flooring until we got exactly what we wanted. On the day of fitting Ryan & a helper arrived on time. They were booked for 3 days to do two rooms. Ryan and the lad with him were friendly and very helpful. I had my toilet flooring replaced also the repair of the hardwood floor after we had damaged it on Tuesday 10th June, all I can say is what a fabulous company to deal with. The fitter has done a fabulous job, he was tidy,courteous, and I felt very comfortable for him to be in my house. We also had a follow up call the day after to make sure we were happy. I would not hesitate in recommending this company. Thank you.
