My work started on January and now we are in April and still in complete. Bobby refuses to answer my phone, messages saying the builders will come and just not show up and now refuses to even message back. He asked for money upfront and that was given to him, everything was done on my side. He promised to complete the work within a few weeks and now 4 months in and the work still in complete. 1 star only because the team started off really well. Our work started in January. We were promised they would be done in a couple of weeks. 2 ottoman beds and 3 fitted wardobes plus bedside tables. 4 months in and we have bedside tables, ottoman beds, headboard and 1 wardrobe incomplete. Have not seen the builders for weeks. When they do show up they add on a door handle and go. They have taken out all the sockets behind the bedside tables (which are still not fitted completely) so one room has no electric usage in there du... read more
Great quality cupboards and looks great! Finished the job quickly and the guys fitting were polite and hard working. They did however damage the landing wall whilst carrying materials in, which they tried to fix but still damaged.
Top work from Bobby and his team from start to finish on my media wall and bay window seating. Bobby was excellent in the design phase. I had a clear idea of what I wanted but Bobby was able to bring this to life with some tweaks and design points (textures, lighting, shelf positioning etc) which resulted in a final product beyond my expectations.
