I wouldn't give this place a 1 if 0 were an option. Why? I've lived here for 7 months and have lost count how many times the fire alarm has sounded, the management group does not respond to emails, slow elevators when they work. Need I say more.
My family loves living at Berkshire Cameron Village. It's a beautiful building in a fantastic location. The amenities are amazing and the staff is very professional and friendly!
Wow, what a great place to live. The amenities this property provides are out of this world compared to the other apartment communities in the area. The property management staff always followed up with me immediately and took action if I ever had an issue. The pool/courtyard area offered a fire pit and full-service grills that I used quite frequently for anything I wanted to grill. Beautiful luxurious property. I love the big balconies made of wood they remind me of an upscale retreat.
