Ok I had to share this, anyone who knows me well knows I suffer with chronic neck and shoulder pain. Well the first time in 6 years I got to wake up pain free with my neck. Honeslty quite emotional for me because I never get a break from the pain. It was sooo good half way through my deep sports massage I told Michael my other half he just had to get one too!
