Been calling for 17 minutes for an emergency appointment and these people aren't picking up! Absolutely disgraceful. Always the case, never able to speak to them!
Never again. Unprofessional, unhelpful staff.
I wish I could give them no star at all!! The staff need some customer service training! They are extremely rude and do not value people’s time. Had to wait 20 mins just to get a referral printed and an other 10 mins just to pay because the staff are not organised! Never going back there again
very poor customer service ever i seen.i been wait for 45 minutes my appointment was 9.25 and after 45 minutes they said our system is not working and they ask my details again .even I booked my appointment 3 days before.
