Berkshire Aesthetics is great! From my initial consultation to my Ameela session, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The personnel properly described each procedure, and I felt completely secure in their abilities. My botox and CO2 laser treatments exceeded my expectations; the results are subtle but apparent. The team clearly adheres to the greatest professional standards, which makes all the difference.
I had a disappointing experience with Berkshire Aesthetic. While the clinic itself is well-maintained, I found the staff’s communication skills to be severely lacking. It’s crucial for a clinic in this field to provide clear guidance and attentive communication, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope they take steps to improve staff training in communication.
