Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!! I have been moved out my property for 3 weeks and I am trying to get my deposit back!! They are ignoring my emails, they never answer their phone so I leave a message and that is ignored to!!!
Awful service is anybody actually in that office at Barrow on soar nobody answers the phone what a way to run a business, that really needs looking into,not helpful, no customer service.

Brilliant agency
Very unprofessional and incompetent staff. 0 Tennant or landlord interest. AVOID at all costs Was asked to sign 70 pages in a few days, no explanation on the documents to be signed so minimum time frame for the same. Only 1 viewing possible even after confirming the let, stated a “policy” dont know who such a policy will benefit. Feels more like a side hustle then a proper professional lettings agency. Such a shame. Such companies also lower the trust of people in such organisations.
