Terrrible experience – avoid this firm! This firm is absolutely awful. They never answer calls or emails, and they don’t even have their own receptionist — when you call, you reach a general building reception who can’t help with anything. No one ever calls you back or takes responsibility. They made multiple mistakes in our case, showed zero accountability, and were completely disorganised from start to finish. A total disgrace.
