If you are investing money, don't! The workmanship is shoddy, there are drainage issues and many of us have realised leaks to be be told it's not Berkeley fault! Paintwork is poor, I've personally had to fix kitchen cabinets after only 2 months and had water issues. Really don't bother! A rip off!
