My check engine light came on in me F-150 for the second time so I took my truck into Berkeley Ford. The service manager Dennis said they would check it out. About a half hour later he came and told me it was a pressure relief valve and they would have to order the part. He did not want to set up an appt. until the part was in. The next day he called and said the part was in as set up an appt. and told me it would take about 1-1 - 1/2 hours. I made my appt. and was in and out in less than an hour. After spending over $2000 on my AC they want $1700 more after working on it 2 times, story after story
got my truck serviced. was ok! told me i had 3 nails or screws in a tire and wanted to get a new tire. i got home, checked it out, 2 pieces of scrap metal inside the tread, and small piece of wire in sideways.
I really enjoyed my experience with Berkley Ford. No problems.
The service department is awesome got me in and out for my scheduled appointment on Saturday.
Had appointment to get new truck fixed. Left truck there all day. Called at end of day to pickup. They said they didn't get around to fixing it. Picked up truck. I guess I'll take it somewhere else.
