Went a week ago and was told i would get a call back once the part came in. They never called so I called them. An appointment was made for Monday at 8am. At 9am I was told that they were over booked so they had to reschedule my appointment for Wednesday. Well Wednesday came my truck was there from 8am-6pm drove off the lot and still have the same problem. This is ridiculous!! I would not recommend.....

Just had my F150 serviced with the "Works Package" for $39.95 with a $10 rebate which is good deal without the rebate. I was told 1 hour to complete and it was 1 hour almost to the minute. The only thing holding back from a 5 star is I was given the bill $52 and shown to the cashier. It would have been nice if when handing me the bill why I was getting charged extra. (I knew the F150 takes extra oil besides the 5 qts) but it could have been mentioned. No mention of the rebate??? Even so $52 is still a good deal with included... read more
As technology changes there are usually issues that need to be ironed out. When these things happen it is fustrating for the consumer. This dealership took care of my issues quickly with a high-level of professionalism. I just want to thank the service department, my salesman Dash and Louie the owner. Thank you!
