I spoke to multiple people over multiple days to just get a price for a vehicle. I told them I was ready to buy and sent them all the information needed for my trade. Still I had to constantly push them to just get a price. They gave me all the sales pitches and run arounds. When they finally did give me a price, it was higher than what they originally told me! I spent over 125 dollars for a battery just over two years ago for a new battery that was installed by the service department into my F150. Berkeley Ford did not keep the record of this transaction and lacks the integrity to prorate the Gold Series Batteries and reinstall a new battery ( Even thou they know this is the brand that is carried and installed at their stealership. ) My advice is stay far far ...very far away because if they can't rectify something this simple , then obviously you would be better off looking for s... read more
