As someone who has car dealership career experience, I'm extremely picky when it comes to customer service at dealerships. I know how things SHOULD be done, and Berkeley Ford has impressed me so far. Gretchen in sales is absolutely wonderful and so helpful, and I couldn't recommend her enough! She is truly willing to go above and beyond for her customers to make sure they're happy and have the best experience possible.. I was working with a very nice salesman there, had test driven the vehicle and was about ready to purchase it. He agreed to let me take it for the day (to my mechanic because it was used). When I arrived he wasn't there but the woman who was there, was extremely rude and acted like I was going to steal it! Before she would give me the keys she asked was I sure about the down payment, financing, etc because they don't haggle! Money nor financing was discussed because I had my own financing. We have taken our truck there and they have broken something and we take it back and they ask a 70 year old man *can you prove we did it* They are the only ones that worked on it. I feel take advantage of people and I can promise that we will never take anything there again to be worked on and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
I have been going to Berkeley Ford for over 7 years. They are very pleasant and will make sure you are satisfied. I have never gotten a surprise bill form them. I will continue to use their service.
