Doctors and medical staff are super nice, friendly, and thorough. However, I gave these people like $400 for a pair of glasses the least they could do is be nice when someone calls. I have called at least 10 times today to see if my glasses came in. The lady at ext. 1 caught an attitude with me and told me to press ext. 2. No one at ext. 2 ever answers and/or calls you back when you leave a message. When I tried to explain this to her she just forwarded me without saying anything. RecommendedI have been a patient at Berkeley Eye Center for over 50 years and have always had excellent care including cataract surgery and follow up care. Dr. Garza is so helpful and very professional in his examination and recommendations for better eyesight. I highly recommend Berkeley Eye Center.
RecommendedI saw Dr. Berkeley (he may be retired now), he was polite, friendly and kind. Explained what he thought was wrong, explained the tests I needed and why, then saw me after the tests were done and explained the results. He treated me like a patient not a RN (as did the cornea specialist he referred me to in the practice). If I had not moved 1300 miles away I would still be a patient! I also had my cataract surgery @BERKELEY EYE CLINIC with no problems. Their great!
